Online Registration |

The City of Bay Village Recreation Department offers online registration for most programs during the current season. You can also view information about other seasonal programs by selecting the appropriate season within the Programs area of the website.
- Program details are organized into categories displayed under the Programs section of this web site. Selecting the appropriate category will display a list of all available Programs for that category.
- Selecting the appropriate Program will display details, registration requirements and options for registration.
- The Registration process is simple. Just enter the requested information in the spaces provided and move to the next step. The easy to follow instructions will guide you through the process.
- As you enter information for each program, your selections will be stored to a convenient Registration Cart that organizes and displays an inventory of the items you've chosen. Items can be added, edited and deleted to and from the Registration Cart at any time before the final Check Out process.
- After you approve, your registration will be processed and confirmed by email. You may also have the option of selecting to receive an email Courtesy Reminder.
We recommend having the following information before starting the registration process:
- Verify your scheduled programs do not overlap.
- Have the current and correct information (address, age, etc.) for all registrants.
- Have your credit card information handy for the Checkout Process.

Cancellations |

The department reserves the right to limit enrollment or cancel any activity.

Refunds |
|
Refunds will be given under the following conditions:
- If the activity is cancelled by the Recreation Department a full refund will be issued.
- A request for a refund must be submitted to the Recreation Department seven days prior to the first scheduled meeting of the activity. (Fees are not transferable from one person to another.)
- All requests for refunds must accompany a written reason for withdrawal, requests made after the seven day grace period will be assessed a processing fee/equipment fee.
- All refund payments will be issued by mail. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed.
- Once the program has begun NO refunds will be issued.

General Information |

- Safety Waivers must be signed and received for each participant prior to participating in any program.
- In person registrations will be accepted at the Recreation Department M-F from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Registrations cannot be accepted at the program site or through the instructors.
- ALL refunds will be charged a $10 processing fee unless the program is full or cancelled by the Recreation Department.
- The City of Bay Village reserves the right to use photographs and videos of participants in our Recreation programs and special events for promotional purposes.
